Katie visited with us a few weeks ago, and she showed us how to make
these delicous peanut butter cookies with only FOUR ingredients!
Great for gluten free friends who want to enjoy a baked goodie.
1 cup natural peanut butter (such as Adams)
1 cup white sugar (or you can do 1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together. Form into cookies, sprinkle the tops with coarse salt
before baking at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
